Morgan Crum, PT, DPT, SCS, ATC, LAT, CSCS

Dr. Morgan Crum is the Owner and Director of Physical Therapy of Athleticare Physical Therapy and Sports Performance. He earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Boston University, a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Des Moines University and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.

Dr. Crum is a board certified clinical specialist in sports physical therapy and received his orthopedic training under the tutelage of world renowned orthopedic surgeon Dr. James Andrews and Dr. Kevin Wilk in Birmingham, Alabama. He is a licensed and certified athletic trainer since 1994. He is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist. He received sports performance training at the world renowned Exos (formerly Athletes’ Performance) under Mark Verstegen.

Dr. Crum has over 2 decades of experience as a physical therapist and has had an opportunity to work with professional athletes from all major sports. He has been the team physical therapist for the perennial national championship contending Findlay Prep basketball program since 2009. He is an adjunct professor at UNLV’s School of Physical Therapy teaching Orthopedic Assessment Lab and a seminar class in Advanced Strength and Conditioning/Sports Performance.

In his spare time, Dr. Crum enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 children, playing soccer, weight lifting, mountain biking and hiking.


Zachary Clark, PT, DPT, LMT

Dr. Zachary Clark earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology & Rehabilitation Science from the University of Hawai’i at Mānoa. Prior to becoming a physical therapist, he worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) for 8 years primarily in an orthopedic/sports setting. Dr. Clark is certified to practice dry needling in the state of Nevada and has extensive skills in manual therapy and soft tissue manipulation.

Zachary is a former member of the United States National Team in the Winter Olympic sport of Luge, and was a resident athlete at the US Olympic and Paralympic Training Center in Lake Placid, New York. In his free time he enjoys playing golf and volleyball, as well as adventuring into the outdoors to go camping, hiking, and rock climbing.


Julie Devlin, PT, Certified MDT

Julie received a BA in History from The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. She earned a BSPT degree from the University of South Alabama in Mobile, AL. Julie has pursued advanced training and was certified in the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment in 2006.

The McKenzie Method of MDT is a reliable assessment method and exercise-based treatment strategy that can rapidly improve pain in the low back, neck and extremity joints (i.e., shoulder, knee, ankle etc.), as well as pain and dysfunction related to sciatica, arthritis, degenerative disc disease, muscle spasms and intermittent numbness in hands or feet. If you are suffering from any such issues, then a MDT assessment may be right for you!

Outside the clinic, Julie enjoys an active lifestyle with her husband and daughter, her two dogs, and the company of dear friends.


Dusica “Du” Dordevic, PhD, CSCS, CES

Dusica Dordevic is a Sports Performance and Rehabilitation Specialist. Dr. Dordevic earned her undergraduate degree in Strength & Conditioning from University of Belgrade (Serbia) and Doctorate in Exercise Physiology & Sports Medicine from University of Kragujevac (Serbia). She completed her Postdoctorate in Biomechanics in University of Delaware (USA).

Dr. Dordevic is certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist), the National Academy of Sports Medicine (Corrective Exercise Specialist) and the International Tennis Performance Association (Certified Tennis Performance Specialist). She is also a Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization Certified Exercise Trainer, Neurokinetic Therapy practitioner, etc.

Dr. Dordevic worked as an Associate professor of Kinesiology, Exercise Therapy and Physical Education at the College of Medical Sciences in Serbia for 10 years. She has published 2 books and over 40 scientific manuscripts.

She was the owner and coach of “CORE – Conditioning & Rehabilitation” in Serbia, where she performed sports performance, injury prevention and rehabilitation programs with athletes of all ages and levels. Du was a multiple youth champion of former Yugoslavia in long and triple jump, and played professional basketball for 8 years. She has training and competitive experience in many other sports, such as European handball, sports climbing, skiing, etc. Currently, she actively plays tennis.
